recently sent the first installment of several to further explain the private
mortgage lending, financial engineering industry in Australia, and LRPM role.

the meantime, in compiling that first bulletin, we took further steps in a
journey commenced several months ago – to re-brand and better emphasise that we

lending and structured financial engineering, we really do mean, “If you change
the way you look at things, you change the things you look at change”.

website. It has been simplified, contains fewer words yet better explains the
market, who may benefit from it, and our role. Please click on it. Like our
previous website, www.littlerockprivatemortgage.org, it was completed by me
– and I don’t pretend to be an IT professional.

In addition, there will
be a much more professional website going “live” shortly. Yep, I finally
allowed the moths out of my wallet and have had someone who actually knows what
they are doing re-design the site. Keep your eyes peeled.
However,
it’s business as usual, and we look forward to hearing from finance brokers,
borrowers and private mortgage investors who we may benefit from our services.
